REGENERATIONS for CLIMATE CHANGE RESILIENCE: Gallitello S.O.F.T. This 171,100 sqm masterplan in Potenza employs Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) to restore ecological balance. By converting a car-dominated axis into four thematic parks (Service, Green, Social, and Commercial), it integrates a 4km cycle path, a 'road diet', and a lamination basin to mitigate flood risks. Validated by QRes and HEC-RAS analytics, it blends technology and nature to enhance resilience and community well-being
