De Caai
De Caai is an ambitious urban regeneration project in Eindhoven, transforming the former Campina dairy factory into a new city district. Led by DELVA Landscape Architects, the masterplan is structured around a "Stadsbos" (City Forest), making the landscape the foundational element. This innovative approach integrates approximately 700 new homes with preserved industrial heritage. The development is designed as a climate-adaptive, "car-low" community that prioritizes biodiversity, green spaces, and social inclusion.
