Amsterdam Max & Moore
Max & Moore is a highly sustainable, BREEAM Excellent certified office complex located in the redeveloping Buiksloterham district of Amsterdam.
The project consists of two connected buildings (Max and Moore) that blend architecture with nature. It heavily emphasizes biophilic design, featuring extensive green roofs, a public "water square," and native planting aimed at boosting biodiversity and managing rainwater locally.
Designed with an energy-neutral EPC score of 0, it uses solar panels and geothermal energy storage for heating and cooling, serving as a model for circular urban development in the city.
